The breakfast offered a large selection. I especially liked the good supply of hot water in the shower. great housekeeping kept everything tidy. the staff were attentive and polite. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

The staff was very friendly. They readily helped with all requests. the room featured a tv with many channels available! i found the location quite central for accessing different parts of the city. the tram station was also very conveniently nearby.
The breakfast offerings seemed a bit limited. There were few varieties of bread available each morning. the coffee machine was also out of service for one day . this caused a small inconvenience as i prefer a good coffee in the morning.

the hotel is close to the tram line for easy access to sites. various restaurants are available nearby, which provides convenient dining options. sultanahmet square is also within walking distance.

I found the location convenient. It was easy to reach many attractions. the staff was always helpful, and they addressed my needs quickly. i especially appreciated the cleanliness, a feature .
The breakfast could use a little improvement, especially regarding variety. It got repetitive after a few days.

I appreciated the hotel's convenient car parking! It made things easy for me. The location was also great. I found the staff to be friendly, though there were some issues. My room was clean. It was nice.
I noticed some maintenance issues. The shower lacked hot water, frustrating! Some equipment did not match the pictures online. I saw some stains on the bed linen.
